How the Process Works
- Recruiters will spend 15-20 minutes doing an initial interview with you on the phone. We’ll also need a copy of your resume for our database.
- From there, we’ll call you when we have a potential fit. If you’re interested, we move forward. If not, no worries, just tell us and we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities.
- Before we send your resume to a client, we will meet with you and verify your experience and skills through reference checks and occasionally through technical screening tests.
- Many of our clients want to see fully screened candidates immediately, so this pre-screening gives you an advantage.
